The Neighborhood:

Home is located within the Cossawattee River Resort in beautiful Ellijay, GA. Once outside of Cossawatee (It is a large community!) It is about a 5-10 minute drive to Downtown Ellijay and about a 20-25 minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge.



Getting Around:

Cossawattee is a large resort so you will encounter some winding roads - the sights are gorgeous! If you're lucky, you might even see some deer or some more neighborhood friends!



Other Things to Note:

Our property is located within the Coosawattee River Resort. The resort's recreation center offers an indoor heated pool, arcade, tennis & basketball courts along with mini golf and a gym - These amenities are available for a fee charged by the resort at the time of use.



The house is located on a hill, which means you'll need to go up an inclined driveway to access the property.



If you are booking during winter months, when it is snowing, it is highly recommended to have a vehicle with AWD capabilities or that is 4x4.
