EVL cute cottage w/ hot tub & indoor fireplace! Only 1/2 mile to village with a beautiful view of Holimont ski slopes! Our smallish space is perfect for hosting 2 couples with each having the privacy of their own bedroom and two additional living room sleeping space. Note: The hot tub is shared with the upstairs, owners use upstairs and will not use hot tub if in use. 21 year old min renter age, 2 parking spots, 6 guests maximum please. View looking across to the Holimont ski slopes only 1/2 mill to Ellicottville village. There are also 6+ state parks within 15 miles for many outdoor activities.

Our cute cottage is on a shared driveway with another house and is the lower unit. There are 2 parking spots. Note: The hot tub is shared with the upstairs apartment, they won't use it when it's in use.

Our cute cottage is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, a Keurig with k-cups, a regular coffee maker and ground coffee. We have a hot tub, boards games, an indoor fireplace, a fire-pit, and 1 TV.

The cottage came as advertised and my family of four enjoyed our stay - perfect for a weekend ski getaway. Host was organized and the place was clean on arrival. Large hot tub is a bonus.
