Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home, including all 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, game room, and outdoor areas. Enjoy the BBQ grill, fire pit, and dedicated on-site parking. Access is simple and secure via a keypad at the private side entrance.

Getting Around:

Free parking on-site and street parking available. Arriving by air? Buffalo Niagara International (BUF) is about 1.5 hours away. A car is recommended for day trips—Seneca Allegany Casino is 15 minutes, Allegany State Park about 30.



Other Things to Note:

For security and property protection, there are exterior cameras covering the parking area, as well as a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels (not conversations). These help ensure a safe and respectful environment for guests and neighbors.
