not worth the price, elevator button and the door are electrocuting everytime we touch them, they don’t provide bassinet even though we have told them that we brought baby, the staffs at coffeeshop were terrible! the star i gave are only for their view!

It was a wonderful 2nd time stay in Suncadia starting from quick checkin to all the services, facilities and beautiful location. The stay is specifically excellent because of pet allowed and providing dinning facility where we can have our dog with us. It’s a beautiful resort to make wonderful memories. When we arrived in the room, it was 50 degrees temperature. Felt colder since we were coming in from the Winter cold of 38 degrees. It would have been nice to have it prewarmed. The resort is very nice. Room clean and spacious compared to average rooms. Stayed at the Inn, not in the main lodge.

Cleanliness: our room was full of dust including the bed and couch. We found balls of hair in the bathroom and shower. There was a plastic bottle cap at night stand. Looks like, the entry floor had not been cleaned/swiped. We understand that holiday seasons may have been the cause but sanitary should have not been overlooked.
