Quick check in and very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable but noisy. There are some signs of deterioration such as frayed towels and some trim off of a door. The breakfast was good and the staff there was excellent.

Bed was moderately comfortable. Rooms well-designed for storage and a separate sitting area with a TV (we got a room with two queen beds). Area around the hotel was designed more for travelers coming off the interstate—more concrete than green for sure! It was an adequate stay. No real complaints but not remarkable either.

The food service attendant is really nice and her customer service is phenomenal. The front desk assistants were also very nice and we are well accommodated when we checked in late at night. Their manner is very pleasant.

Clean, Modern, Quiet

We stayed in Ellensburg recently, and the Holiday Inn Express was very clean, quiet, had a welcoming staff, and a terrific continental breakfast. Our room was large, modern, and comfortable. Even though we didn't bring our pets, they were a pet friendly option with places to walk dogs.
