The beds are HARD. Super uncomfortable. Would not stay here again just because of that. Convenient location in Cle Elum, but the freight train is less than 100 feet away. No shampoo or conditioner in the room. Floor was clean to look at but dirty once clean socks were worn on it for a while.

Tried to book a room with a jacuzzi tub through the Expedia app but it listed all Suites as sold out. Also called the reservation line and was told there were no suites with jacuzzi tubs. Got to the hotel and the front desk workers changed my reservation to a suite with a jacuzzi tub. They were very nice and accommodating. We usually stay here while in Cle elum and they continue to improve. We had a Fire Stick in our room so we were able to stream. There were also workers there painting and winterizing the hotel. Keep up the good work! Can’t wait to stay again.

I booked a room 2 days in advanced. Paid for and everything. When i showed up to check in they "mysteriously" didn't have my reservation and were completely sold out! The guy at the front desk was beyond rude about it! Ended up staying at a different chain 30 minutes up the road.
