The door locks were broke. The room smelled like mold. The tv wall mounted was broke. The bathroom smells like sewage and the front desk clerk was rude and just mumbled when they talked you couldn't barely understand anything the individual said.

Older building, tired but kept up pretty well. The carpets and drapes along with furniture in good conditions. Less square footage, but it does cost less than most in the area. Good water pressure but the design lends itself to hearing your neighbors wheather in thext room or standing on the balcony smoking/socializing.

Decent room but terrible internet

I was pleased at first as this place felt a little larger than the last place. The vanity area was large enough to spread toiletries out. The internet service was essentially non existent. The three lamps in the room all had outlets. None of them worked. The only working outlet was right next to the sink. A breaker must have tripped as the lights went out over the sink.
