Hotel is convenient off the freeway. Very courteous and professional staff at the checkin. Room was clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Electrical short concerning!!

Every time I opened the mini fridge the GFCI popped loudly and the room lost power. We told the front desk right after we checked in and were told to just reset the button. No one came to make sure there wasn’t a fire hazard. Other than that, the room was clean and had no smells. AC was cold.

A little clean up outside please

Everything was excellent. Maintained at the same high standards I have come to appreciate after several stays here. Staff was welcoming and as always made me feel at home. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming. I did notice one area that could use some attention however. The exterior grounds and parking area could use some attention as regards cleanliness. Nothing major, but starting to show that some attention to detail would be helpful in presenting the best first impression of your fine establishment.

3 day stay view

People/staff were friendlt and kind. The hotel had areas that needed maintenance; loose tiles on floor in lobby and elevator area, only 1 working ice machine for the building. Pool was cold. Beds were firm and lumpy/divit. Breakfast area had broken waffle machine and seemed low staffed the 3 days we were there evidenced by empty fiod ( eggs, bacon sausage, cinnamon rolls) not refilled in the time we were eating.
