This was absolutely a terrible experience. The hotel that we rented nobody was even in the office. We had to go to the hotel across the street and she was handling the bookings. She seemed confused and overworked. Almost none of the rooms were clean, there was barely anybody that was staying at the hotel. The room key she gave us for the first clean room. The door was wide open on the bottom floor. Anything could’ve walked in at any point anybody could’ve been in there. Cockroaches or animals or a person. It was very strange and it felt extremely unsafe. And then when she gave us another room key, the room was completely trashed and dirty, and no sheets on the bed. We were absolutely dissatisfied and I cannot emphasize enough how disgusting and unsafe this was

Kristina is amazing! She made sure our room fee was fixed and she is hilarious! The hotel may not look great on outside but rooms are clean and comfortable! highly recommend this hotel!!!

Although I booked a room, when I arrived in my room, I was so utterly disgusted that I actually left and stayed in the hotel across the street. The room was clearly not cleaned, nor was the property maintained. No TP, Toilet was dirty and still had some poop stuck to the toilet, there was standing liquid(hopefully water? maybe urine?) on the floor of the bathroom. light fixture was dangling, smoke detector missing, stuff left on top of the dresser, blanket on the bed was ratty/holey. Pillowcase had yellow stain. Walls were dirty. HARD PASS. I tried to add photos, but the form didn't allow.

After a long day of travel with 3 Littles and 2 dogs, this was such a disappointing experience. Shouldn’t have even checked in. There were no other cars in the parking lot. Space was poorly lit, and trash scattered. Upon arrival to our room, the door was open. The room was dirty, and the entire property felt unsafe. We tried talking to the manager but they denied the room was unclean. More than anything we didn’t feel safe. They didn’t understand that so we left.

They had no rooms available as their cleaning lady did not come back to work after black friday. I would not recomend tjis place. Also anyone wanting to stay must pay in full upfront. Then they sent us across the street to another hotel that cost us double the price.

When we first arrived, it took a while for the lady to come from the back to talk to about checking in. Then I was told "We have no rooms available because we don't have a housekeeper. You can cancel your booking and go elsewhere." I asked her if she would go ahead and cancel it because it was an issue on their end and not mine. Suddenly, a housekeeper was magically hired and had a room clean and ready for us. However, everything was dusty. The shower curtain was ripped and moldy, The bed and frame looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the toilet was clogged, and the door to the room wouldn't latch properly unless we lifted up on the already loose handle. They had garbage in small pilles near the office. It was really disappointing. When I went to check out, the office was locked. I rang the doorbell a couple times, left and ate breakfast, came back, rang it again, went to finish up the visit with family, and came back to the office being unlocked with no one behind the desk. I rang the little bell on the counter way too many times, as well as made an attempt to call a number where I received zero help. It wasn't until my wife and child came in and we started talking that a man appeared from the back and said "You can just leave the card on the counter or even outside the door next time." There will not be a next time. I recommend spending more money and staying far away from this place.

The motel room was spartan, nothing more than the essentials which is generally OK since we arrive late and leave early. The king size bed was comfortable. I left the shower on for nearly five minutes and the water warmed tp less than lukewarm--too cold to take a shower.

My husband and w few guys for work booked this hotel to stay. Upon arrival they first put all 3 guys in dirty rooms. When they put my husband in the second room he does what he always does and checks for bed bugs as also the other guys. Well behold they had bed bugs. They showed the man working there and he called his manager at the front to let her know there were bed bugs and the guys were going back to the desk. The other two guys rooms were still dirty and had dead and alive crickets all over their rooms. They wanted to put them in a third room and the guys said no they wanted a refund. Manager said they would get a refund. I reached out to hotels.com to make sure refund is processed and first it was no one could get ahold of them so they were not refunding our money. I even tried to call and nothing. We kept on trying and finally got a Manager of hotels.com and they tried to contact the property and they finally got able of the hotel and they told the they will not be refunding our rooms. Since we had picture proof of bed bugs hotels.com decided to refund anyways. We also along with the the other guys have contacted the health department like that was recommended to us to do but not by hotels.com. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!!! I would still be upset but not as upset as I am now after they said they would give a refund and then refused it! However I am thankful to hotels.com for making it right and giving us our refund!

No one was in lobby at check in ( 3:15 pm). Walked to hotel next door to inquire...note on theirdoor referred upubackto Oyo lobby. Wairted 30 minutesin lobby for employee to mosey in. She seemed pur out that se has a customer. I did not expect glamorous acco.odations for the price paid, but I do expect it to be clean. Floor was dirty, bath towel was stained, hair in shower drain and door did not latch. What a pig sty!
