Bugs in room, did not clean room after 1st day, no clean towels, bathroom floor was dirty and sticky. Phone did not work. Called for clean towels and no one brought them up.

The staff was very helpful. Amenities were sparse, no cups or glasses in the room, no ice bucket or bag in the room. Very pet friendly. Pool and fitness areas were very good.

Everything was pretty nice for us, it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I have to complain about is the pillows that were in our room were not comfortable for us, they were very fluffy and soft, we felt like they provided no support so we had trouble falling asleep. But the bed itself was very comfy.

The room was missing the refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and coffee pot. I informed the front desk and they made a note of it, didn’t offer any equipment. The shower didn’t drain well enough to keep the bathroom from flooding. Informed the front desk, asked for another functional room and they said they were all booked up. The parking lot was only 1/2 full, maybe all of the functional rooms were booked up. They gave us some extra towels so we didn’t slip and fall in the bathroom. The place was recently remodeled, looks like they didn’t really finish and are not paying attention to quality at all.

I was so very disappointed in Spark. The information provided by Hotels.com was not accurate - one example being the lack of electric vehicle charging even though it was advertised that it was available. Another was the lack of amenities - no ice buckets or in-room coffee, and the hot breakfast was a joke. The few items offered were all cold, and the staff blamed this on Hilton. But the worst thing about the hotel was it's lack of cleanliness - trash on the floors and in the elevator . . . it was just plain nasty.

The doors had duck tape on the handle. Any key card would not work on one exit door. Pool had a broken ladder and padding was coming off all of the ladders handles.
