I paid Expedia $170 to rent a room at this Holiday Inn for one night. When I got to this Holiday Inn, they did not have a room reserved and charged me an additional $215 for on night. I paid twice and had no help from the Holiday Inn desk to resolve the problem. Can Expedia help me?
