There were stains on the floor and ceiling. The ac unit was also hanging on by a thread. There was this weird stain on the table in our room that I couldn’t even remove myself. And I couldn’t have a late check Out. Otherwise the hot tub was very nice and the pool was great. Bed was comfortable, maybe they can start offering complimentary fans? Or put ceiling fans in? That would be a nice addition. It gets very hot at night no matter the temperature it is at.
This is the weird stain I am talking about
The restaurant at the hotel has high reviews but I ordered the mozzarella sticks and they made me very sick.
The breakfast is $16.99 and I believe that is too high so eggs and bacon with bread and fruits as the all you can it. The bagel on this plate was hard as a rock. Thankfully my breakfast was included with my room otherwise I would have not went there

Appreciated pet friendly and room service. Clean and quiet. My only negative is the locks on doors. They were very delayed with recognizing the key cards. When you are outside at midnight potting a dog I want that door to open quickly and not be fussing with it trying to get it to recognize it.

The breakfast wait staff was very rude. They told me I couldn’t fill up my water at the water station. This was right after I paid for breakfast. Front entrance door also did not open all the way. The room was very nice, but the breakfast staff ruined the experience.

Everything was good till I had to leave for a family emergency and got bounced between the hotel and hotels.com to see if I could refund one night since my plan was to stay the whole trip but obviously couldn’t due to family emergency. The lady we got at the hotel to talk to the manager was very rude and unpleasant. The rest of staff was great.
