We had to change rooms three times cause they were in disrepair in the first room there was a plug cover gone and the sink faucet was falling off the sink, in the second room, the drain cover was on the side of the drain and my kid needed to take a bath and it looked disgusting and rusted and we told the front desk and they had to call a manager to see what they could do about it and said it would take days for the maintenance man to come and fix it so they got us to switch rooms again and thankfully the 3rd room was fine I just wish it didn’t take three rooms to get to that point but the front desk was great about it

The pool had been out of use and we didn’t find out until check in. The pool was a big draw for booking as we have two young boys. Will not be back.

The pool was out of order which was the main reason we chose this hotel for our family. No concessions or discount or apology about it being out of the order. Fans in room were loud but also sounded like they were about to quit working. Pillows for beds were the size of throw pillows, 3 per bed, which at throw pillow size, was not great for a family of 4. Bfast was ok, typical for small 2 star hotel. Would’ve loved the hard boiled eggs I saw mentioned but were no where to be seen or oatmeal or other healthier option. We booked here not expecting much but we’re definitely disappointed more then I expected with the pool broke, no apology, and some room issues and discomforts. Would def book elsewhere next time.

Our stay was really nice. The pool was a bit colder than I would have liked but still tolerable. We couldn’t get a late check out the next day because the hotel was fully booked and that was understandable. Breakfast was good I appreciated the eggs and sausage. I’d definitely come back to this location or others. Thank you.
