Your family will enjoy this great place with lots of room for fun just minutes from EB Lake Marina. Wrap around deck & covered patio provides relaxing, beautiful lake view for morning sunrise, 4th of July fireworks & fall Balloon Regatta. Fenced patio has gas grill/sink for cooking, seating around gas fire pit and water feature to enjoy the stars after sunset. Although no garage access, there’s plenty of parking for all boating accessories. NEW APPLIANCES have recently been installed!
The space
Queen size beds in all 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom has own bathroom with shower, 2nd bedroom with nautical colors, 3rd bedroom decorated with kids friendly decor.
Guest access
Access to the entire house and outdoor fenced patio. No access to building with French doors on west side of outdoor patio.

A dog run is located around 2 sides (west & south) of the large garage, RV parked on west side of large garage

Rules Book on KITCHEN COUNTER 1) Strip beds and gather used towels and place in hamper in Master Bedroom Closet. 2) Please turn off all lights in the house while out for the day and when you check out

3) Gather trash, leave inside kitchen by glass French doors. 4) To lock door before leaving: press & hold any button for 2 seconds then big button turns red

5) We appreciate your respect of our home and that you leave it in the same condition you found it, since our family wants to enjoy it just as you have!!
