Costa Blanca - Villa for 8 people with private pool near the sea

Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. A very high quality villa

Fantastic villa, very peaceful but close to amenities and the beach (car required). Set in large grounds with plenty of shade, if needed. Superbly appointed with a large, very clean pool. Great communication before and all the way through the stay. This was my second visit and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We booked this beautiful villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary together and it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! The grounds, the pool, the accommodation - everything was 5*. It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and furnished.
