It is distributed over two floors with the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on the first floor. It has a terrace with jacuzzi open from 06/01 to 09/30 and barbecue, ping pong, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, winter heating, smartTV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking in the surrounding area and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with an option to extend. It is a smoke free property. Pets are welcome with an additional cost. At the check in the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation will be requested. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted.
