On the main level, the property welcomes you with a generous living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. A dedicated office space is also available on this floor, along with an open kitchen fully equipped for everyday cooking. The first bedroom on this level is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC, with direct access to the veranda. The second bedroom on the main level is also furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and likewise opens onto the veranda. A separate shower and WC serves this area of the floor, and gas heating is available throughout.

Accessed via an exterior staircase, the lower ground floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms. The third bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A small kitchen and a shower and WC complete this level, which also benefits from gas heating and opens directly onto the garden and a pergola.
