Positives: Breakfast was good, room was clean and new, the distance from the city center was only a 10 minute walk, hotel was a great value. Negatives: Rooms were tiny, no fridge in the room which is unusual for the Philippines, rooms were poorly insulated for noise. I heard street noise at night despite being 4th floor away from the street, and we were woken up by neighboring guests before 6am talking and geting coffee,
