Nice house for family gathering

We spent Christmas at this house. Plenty of bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay. The owner responds right away and lives nearby. My niece enjoyed the playground that is right down the street. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this large home. We were in the area for our Father's funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate our large extended family. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions.

Great place.

We came to play a tennis tournament in Surprise. Great location 15 minutes to the courts and lots of good restaurants nearby. Mina was great to work with. He promptly answered all text messages. We would stay again when we come back.

Excellent owner in everyway

Our tennis team came to Surprise to compete at Nationals and Mina was fantastic. He helped with information and touched bases asking anything he could do and was the best host. His home had a great layout for our team to hang out and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with an excellent location for us.

A good time...

There were to be three father-son pairs but we lost one pair. Regardless, the accommodations were great for the four of us, the location for the baseball games we wanted to see was perfect and the gold courses we wanted to play were all in this area...everything worked out perfectly...
