Beautiful two bedroom apartment in El Gouna two minute walk to Marina

This beautiful two bedroom apartment overlooks a beautiful lagoon. Located in the heart of the city the property is only a three minute walk to the Abu Tig Marina and a 10 minute walk to Downtown. This apartment is the perfect place to base yourself for your stay in El Gouna. The property sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, this includes infants. We welcome families and couples. Groups are not permitted to stay. We need a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to any booking in order to make arrangements for your stay.
The apartment is fully air conditioned, stylishly furnished with marble floors throughout. Two double bedrooms (1 with king size bed, the other with 2 singles that can also be used as a double if requested) both with fitted marble bathrooms, and access to the large balcony with views of the lagoon. On the balcony there is a table and chairs as well as a bench to relax and admire the beautiful view. A large open plan kitchen, lounge area comes with sofa, breakfast bar and kitchen essentials including an oven and hob. A flat-screen TV is available with cable channels. Wifi is available.
Guests can swim in the lagoon and use the sunbeds provided.
Other things to note:
We only allow families and couples, no groups.
No smoking inside the apartment.
Not suitable for pets.
Check-in is anytime between 2pm-9pm. We have a safe key box for check in later than 9pm.
Check out by 11am.
Hurghada International Airport is 25 km from the property.
There are stairs to access the property.
Rates are fully inclusive including water and electricity.
