Fantástico hotel, las vistas son excelentes, el staff es muy agradable y dispuestos a ayudarte con todo. Me pareció un detalle enorme que tengan una guía de montaña todas las tardes en el hotel para aconsejar a los huéspedes con qué rutas hacer dependiendo del tiempo o la intensidad que uno busque. Las camas son muy cómodas. El único pero que tengo del hotel es que las paredes de las habitaciones y la puerta de entrada son de papel: Se oye todo lo que ocurre en el pasillo y todos los días nos despertaba la alarma de la habitación de al lado. Aún así, 100% volvería a este hotel. Me pareció una maravilla las vistas que tenía desde las habitaciones y los salones.

Los Cerros was one of the best parts of our honeymoon in Patagonia. The staff are kind, attentive, and full of great recommendations. The location is excellent, and the view is unreal. We were so sad to leave and hope to come back.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at this hotel, easy 5 stars. The staff was friendly and took great care of our two young kids and made sure our needs were met. Our baby had a medical issue and they offered to go with us to the doctor - first class service in every way. The recommendations for hiking were super helpful and the food was some of the very best we had in all of Argentina. Highly recommend and we will no doubt return to stay here next time we are in the area.

This was our favourite hotel of our whole Patagonia trip. We booked a premium room with mountain view which - the photos do not do justice to how nice the rooms are. Lovely large layout with beautiful views over the town and mountains. Attentive staff and just a lovely wxperyall round. Breakfast was amazing and they can make lunches for you too. We had one complimentary evening meal which was delicious. Great location with views and we could walk straight onto the trails from the hotel.

This is a very very nice place to stay in El Chalten. The staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, unfailingly gracious. The guide, Ignacio, who was there daily in the evenings, was particularly helpful in route planning hikes. The room was comfortable, great sheets on the bed. The restaurant is excellent for dinner, and breakfasts were delicious. We loved our stay.
