It was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us with our bags and even gave us information about the area. It was also really beautifully designed with the floor to ceiling windows so you know the view was spectacular. There is also a hot tub but the water wasn’t that hot.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive! From helping us to plan our hikes, filling our water bottles for free, or supplying more tea and sugar for our room, to offering a packed dry breakfast to take with us at dawn since we left before sunrise. The hotel itself seemed like the nicest option in the area and it was clean and comfortable. But what stood out most was how wonderful each and every staff member was. Breakfast is held in a beautiful dining area upstairs with a fantastic view of the the mountains. The medialunas are some of the most delicious I have ever eaten! Lots of nice little details at this hotel such as free hand cream at the desk which were appreciated by us. I don't think there is a better or nicer option in El Chalten, we would stay here again if returning!
