The room was dirty, the restroom sink was clogged, the toilet seat was broken. Breakfast was never refilled or restocked. No one at the front desk to ask questions, only someone on a monitor screen that you couldn’t really talk to because the internet sucked. Not a good area at night to stay in!

There’s a homeless issue around the parking and it’s a bit concerning that when leaving for the day. Feels a bit insecure. Walked out of my room and a saw a homeless guy Aleppo g or doing drugs right outside as I walked down the stairs.

We signed up for the early 12pm check-in. We get there about 1:30pm. The guy at the front desk checked us in & gave us our room key. We unlock the room, and found it wasn’t cleaned out yet. There were bathroom towels all over the floor and an unmade bed. The guys at the front desk apologized and told us we’d have to wait 30 minutes to get the room cleaned. There was mold all over the bathroom shower, and a roach hanging out next to the toilet and broken wall tiles with holes through the wall where I imagine that roach came from Won’t come here again.
