Staff was apathetic but got the job done. Front desk area was locked when i arrived which was odd, but the attendant appeared within a few minutes. The room was ok but so well lit from outside that sleeping was impossible without eye covering. The room had 2 doors with windows to a courtyard which was full of bright security lights, and the thin blinds did nothing to block the light. The fridge in the room was a nice touch, but its motor came on and off all night, and sounded like a Mack truck driving through the room when it came on. The only outlet in the room was too far from the bed to plug in a cell phone and still use it as an alarm, and the room was not equipped with an alarm clock. The bed was comfy, bathroom newly remodeled and well stocked. It would have only taken a few small things to make the stay more pleasant.

Where do I begin, oh boy. Let me tell you something. If I can give negative stars id give it a -5. You open the door. Lights don’t work. It felt like an escape room after 10 minutes of searching for the lights I gave up. Not mention the extreme light coming thru the broken blinds from doors. No curtains by the way. Now the bathroom had no sink or counter. But the hallway had a sink with out a counter. And the bathroom floor was wet. The floor in the room itself was gross looks like it had not been mopped in a while. and then you step outside the room, next door neighbor They are outside giving each other a haircut.
