The Space:

The house features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open-plan living room and kitchen, creating a warm and functional space. The layout maximizes natural light and provides a comfortable and relaxing stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Cancún, including its private garden and the gated community's shared spaces. Free private parking is also available.



The Neighborhood:

HOP Cancún is located inside the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, a secure and natural setting with access to lagoons, trails, green areas, a clubhouse, and sports courts. Though located in the fifth row, the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.



Getting Around:

The gated community is located at km 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima and close to Chincha, Pisco, and the Paracas National Reserve. At the entrance, there is a gas station with a minimarket and restaurant.



Other Things to Note:

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.



The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.



Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.



Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.



Interaction with Guests:

The property offers self check-in, a host available via WhatsApp throughout your stay, and daily maintenance staff from 7 AM to 6 PM. A housekeeper will welcome you upon arrival. Additional cleaning or a private chef can be arranged at an extra cost.
