This cozy 3-bedroom house is located just 400m from the beach, this charming property offers a sun-drenched terrace, a private pool for cooling off on warm days, and breathtaking sea views.

Inside, the villa features a bright and cozy living area with stylish decor, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. It boasts 2 bathrooms and a second terrace with a barbecue, where you can prepare and eat your meals enjoying the picturesque surroundings.

 The tram stop is conveniently located just a short walk away. The tram takes just a few minutes to get you to El Campello, 30 min to Alicante and 40  min to Benidorm.  Whether you're looking to stroll along the beach, discover local restaurants, or simply soak up the serene atmosphere, this villa has everything you need for a rejuvenating stay.

Important: Access to the property involves a steep stairway, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Please note:

1: Smoking is not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.

Check-in hours are 4 pm to 9 pm. Check-in after 9 pm is possible at an additional 50 € fee.
