As the host, and in order to safeguard the interests of both our guests and the owner, we have established the following provisions governing your stay at our property:
Liability for Personal Belongings:
It is imperative to note that, in accordance with applicable regulations, the host assumes no liability whatsoever for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings belonging to guests during their stay in the penthouse. Guests are urged to keep all valuables in their own custody. In the event that an item is left behind after the end of the stay, the host, acting in good faith, will make every effort to assist in its recovery, although its return is not guaranteed.
Damage and Breakage to the Property:
Guests are required to immediately report any damage or defects that occur to the property during their stay. Such notification is crucial to allow for prompt action by the host or the maintenance team. In accordance with the established terms and conditions, guests will be responsible for the costs of any necessary repairs or replacements resulting from damage that exceeds the ordinary and reasonable use of the property.
Travel and Liability Insurance:
It is highly recommended that guests purchase adequate travel insurance that provides coverage for any losses, accidents, or damage that may occur during their stay. This precautionary measure offers an additional layer of protection for both guests and the host.
Compliance with Property Rules:
