Nice hotel with great panoramic views of Lago Argentino and the mountains beyond. Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, and a short walk to town. Room was comfortable and clean, though we did have to open the window to air out the musty smell. Overall, a great place to stay at.

Friendly staff and clean room. Our room had an issue with a running toilet and a bathtub that seemed to have a leak in it but it was overall clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. As far as the location, a bit of landscaping would help improve the property a lot.

Beautiful view from property. Staff seemed disinterested, and not overly happy to correct our booking to a twin room. Radiator in room broken/not functioning. No shuttle service to town, a bit far to walk 2kms return in the dark and cold conditions. Property restaurant dinner appeared to be reheated - not freshly made, food was not heated through and not very appealing. Breakfast was cold food only - extra charge for eggs.

The room felt massive and empty, and the building is cavernous. Everything echos. You can hear people opening and closing doors all night. I kept waking up. You can also hear people theough the drain pipes jn the bathroom. I could hear a conversation of the people in the room next door. Good for a cheap stay, but not if you are a light sleeper
