This was hands down the best hotel breakfast we had in Chilean and Argentinean Patagonia, including Tierra del Fuego, with a great variety of healthy, delicious options we truly looked forward to each morning. The cozy, cottage-like ambiance felt like visiting my grandparents’ home, warm and comforting, and the service was outstanding—leaving our bags while visiting El Chaltén was seamless, and coming back genuinely felt like coming home.

The hotel has character & the staff is amazing. A shout out to Carlos & Juan Facundo at Reception who made us feel welcome & at home during our stay. The breakfast was delicious as was the food at the attached restaurant - El Alambique Resto. We had dinner at the restaurant two days in a row & the food was excellent. This hotel is just a little bit off the main drag in El Calafate, which we enjoyed because it was very peaceful but still walkable.
