On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious and tastefully furnished living and dining room featuring a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light. A large kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a conveniently integrated dining nook. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, a large living room with characterful sloping ceilings provides an additional relaxing space. This floor houses all 3 bedrooms: the first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and is complemented by a hand-basin, the second bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 180 cm with a length of 200 cm, and the third is a small room with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm with a length of 200 cm.
