Amazing hotel with nice rooms and facilities . Great service, awesome breakfast . Thanks for fabulous experience. Keys for improvement: The parking area in the hotel is very small, so you might think on some solution for that. We think that the restaurant on the beach outside the hotel has poor service for lunch. The Kosher menu in the beach restaurant limited the food variety. It’s a pity as the beach is really beautiful and exciting with all sport activities. I hope that you will consider to improve the menus and the service there.

Sleeples night at the reef hotel

We had a very bad experience in our single night stay. around midnight electricity and air condition stopped. Checking with the reception it turned out that electrical maintenance work is taking place. We could not sleep without air condition since Eilat is a desert hot city. Power and air condition resumed at 6 am. We asked for refund or another night at the same terms as a compensation but did not get an answer from management over a week after now. aOur vacation was completely ruined.
