Welcome to our charming West Styrian farmhouse—a lovingly renovated retreat surrounded by pristine nature. Nestled among forests and gentle hills, the house offers the perfect blend of tranquility, comfort, and authentic country charm.



Numerous hiking trails start right outside your door, ideal for those seeking activity and relaxation in nature. The idyllic Soboth reservoir is just a short drive away, inviting you to swim, paddle, or stroll in summer. Designated mountain bike routes are also nearby. The outdoor pool in St. Oswald offers refreshment and variety during the warmer months.



The farmhouse accommodates up to 6 guests and features three cozy double bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms, and a separate WC. In the spacious kitchen-living room with a traditional wood stove and modern amenities, you can cook and spend time together.
