This bright and airy second row beach house offers spectacular ocean views, plenty of space for large groups, and fabulous amenities.

Inside, lounge in the living room sectional and enjoy passing the time with TV or a book. Head out to the balcony and sip a favorite beverage while breathing in the fresh air. When the group gets hungry, the full kitchen is well-equipped for the task. Dine together at the dining table. The primary bedroom includes private access to the front porch and an ensuite bathroom that features a standalone shower and bathtub. The loft suite offers an additional sleeping option. It includes a TV, sofa bed, and private bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). A Wonderful Weekend

The home is beautiful! Well appointed with cute decor and comfortably furnished. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Across the street from the beach, but still able to see and hear the ocean.

Stunning house across the street from the beach

The Birds Nest was a wonderful house with adorable decorations. I loved the navy blue and white theme. Everything was light and airy and super clean. The soaker tub was very welcome after long walks on the beach. We spent a lot of time on the front porch and of course, at the beach. My king size bed was very comfortable. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet. We bought beach chairs at the grocery store to take to the beach. I was hoping some would be provided. The door locks are tricky. The door to the bedroom next to the back porch worked the best for us. Plenty of parking for at least 4 cars. The lights in the parking area are motion sensored which was a huge help our first night when we got there after dark. Overall it was a very relaxing lovely vacation.

What a great “nest”

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The balconies are as comfortable as the inside. The view and sounds of the ocean were very relaxing. All the pictures and descriptions are accurate. The host were great with any issues, only problem was one TV not working, but was fixed quickly. Thanks for such a beautiful home to use for relaxing with family.

Exceeded Expectations!

This property was beautifully appointed for a calm and relaxing week at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need. Beds were super comfy, plenty of extra throw blankets throughout the house, books and games for leisure…it felt like a home away from home!
