A front porch and back porch for coffee and dranks! Downstairs you’ll find a separate apartment with a new queen bedroom and bathroom right off the screened porch which has all the fixins': grill, sink, counter space, smart TV, plenty of seating and all kinds of lighting to turn up or turn down the mood. New outdoor shower with privacy and comfort… nothing better than a cool shower outside on a hot summer day.
