Large glass porch on 2nd level (NOW HEATED AND COOLED!) giving you wonderful views of the ocean to sit and relax with your morning coffee or afternoon beverage! Large Sundeck allows you to relax outdoors, share a meal with your family and guests or just kick back by yourself or your special someone. Full open kitchen with large stone top bar and well appointed kitchen. Family room faces the ocean downstairs.
The Main bedroom upstairs has it's own private entrance to the glassed in porch and it's own private bath. Two other bedrooms upstairs sleep 4 each and share another full bath. Seating area upstairs as well to read a book, share some alone time or with others if everyone doesn't want to be together at once! One bedroom downstairs sleeps 3 and has it's own entrance to the full bathroom on the first level. Separate large laundry room off the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach which is located on the first street that allows access to Point St. For those visiting for the first time to Edisto Beach, Point St. is a very sought after vacationing location that is between Palmetto Blvd and the beach. This section is not paved and has a lot less traffic than Palmetto Blvd. Fronts on Point St. so no crossing a busy 4 lane to get to the beach! Large lot with grassed area and ample parking. Charcoal grill for those cookouts and dining table up on the sundeck to sit and enjoy your meals! Come and enjoy your beach vacation here and we know you will want to return!
NOTE: Villa by the Sea shares a parking area with Cottage by the Sea They sit on a larger than normal lot, for Edisto Beach, but are two separate houses completely.
