The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was very peaceful and each person we met was very friendly. Edisto is a favorite destination for us and we would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a nice stay in this updated, comfortable, and clean Edisto Beach condo. I can only give 4 stars because the cable TV and Internet quality was poor during our July 4th week stay. I believe the entire condo building only has Xfinity/Comcast, so I recognize this is not something that the owners can really control. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool and drove to the beach access nearby with all our beach gear.Don't miss nearby excursions to Botany Bay and The Serpentarium!

Check in was convenient for after 5 pm pick up. Light bulbs were missing from two lamps and primary toilet seat had not been cleaned. Great views from porch overlooking marsh. Cooked meals and watched movies. Recommend location, walking from villa to Pressley’s back deck made easy for dinner.
