Stayed for one night and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The open buffet breakfast was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Although it’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, the overall quality more than makes up for it. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We checked out early and left a paid night behind because It was unbearable Stay Away.❌❌ We stayed as a family and were left without air conditioning in our suite room. Not due to a malfunction — the hotel made a deliberate decision to shut the AC system down, citing “cool nights in Edirne.” What they didn’t explain: the lobby, corridors, and common areas were fully air-conditioned throughout. The guests paying for rooms? Not their concern apparently. Daytime temperatures exceeded 35°C. We had young children with us. When we raised the issue, staff offered zero solutions and essentially told us this is how things work here. No alternatives, no apologies, no accountability. I work in the hospitality and services industry — I know exactly what guest experience standards look like, and I know when a property is cutting operational costs at the guest’s expense. This was textbook. The suite price reflects a premium product. The experience delivered was below budget hotel standards. Do not give this property your money until they decide to run their AC for the people actually sleeping in the rooms — not just the ones walking through the lobby. Would not return. Would not recommend. Oh and btw there was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom.

Great hotel but …

Overall really nice hotel. Great quality and new atmosphere. However I was really disappointed when I ordered early breakfast. I mentioned that I needed to be traveling 5:00 in the morning and requested a breakfast-box to go and they agreed. I checked out at 05:00 and asked for the breakfast and after 10min they informed me that it would be ready in 10more minutes which made me disappointed and late on my trip. Bad service grade regarding this.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı. Kahvaltı çeşitlilik olarak, temizlik ve tazelik olarak muhteşem. Odada minibar, kahve-çay ve banyo malzemeleri gayet kaliteli. Grand odada konaklama yaptık. İki ayrı yatak odası ve iki ayrı banyo olması ve buna rağmen odanın genişliği gayet iyiydi. Ama en önemli şey diğer otellerin konumu daha çok güven vermeyen lokasyondayken Aliba otel konum itibari ile mükemmel yerde. Otopark mevcut ve ücretsiz.

Bu otelde karşılama odamız ilk gün güzeldi ikinci gün odamızın hiç bakımı yapılmamış içeriye hiç girilmemiş sanki bir günlük misafirmiş gibi değerlendirdik fakat söylediğimizde yardımcı oldular daha önce bir çok otelde kaldık tekrar odamıza geldiğimizde temiz bakımlı ve tüm eksiklerimiz giderilmişti fakat burada böyle bir şey olmadı bu bir eksiklikti genel manasıyla otel güzel şehri yakın personelleri ilgiliydi kahvaltısı güzeldi

Otel y eni, odalar, lobi, bar, kahvaltı/yemek salonu malzeme seçimi çok güzel. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Anında çözüm buluyorlar. Hemen yakınında otele ait otopark var. Temizlik, kahvaltı ve yemekler de oldukça tatmin edici. Otel yemeği deyip geçilmeyecek lezzette yemekleri var. Odalar çok konforlu. Aile odası olarak arada kapı ile bağlantılı 2 odada kaldık, çift banyo ve çalışma masası da mevcuttu. Hiç bir kusuru yok. Edirne'de neredeyse tüm otellerde kaldım, bir sonraki ziyaretimde tereddütsüz Aliba'da kalacağım.
