The lady on reception was amazing. She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. She helped make our weekend special and I would recommend the Glasshouse just on her service. The rest of the staff were great and the hotel itself was lovely. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Initial impression of breskfast looked reasonaby inviting but in reality the chocolate chip muffins were rock hard, halved breakfast rolls had been sitting out for hours and seemed stale. Likewise the "fresh" orange juice was in early stages of fermentation. Scrambled eggs were unlike any scrambled eggs I have had before. Overall it was totally underwhelming

The room was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving recommendations for bars and restaurants. Big shout out to David for all of his advice to make our stay perfect. The snug bar is a must visit - absolutely stunning location to sit and enjoy a drink, or multiple drinks should I say! The hotel was clean throughout, with a lovely decor throughout. Our suite was just perfect and we will definitely be returning!

The rooms were perfectly appointed, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was surprisingly comfortable and secret/bespoke private club ambience…interesting people with an elegant unforced air.
