Clean, bright, spacious flat in great location.

Very nice third floor tenement flat in Bruntsfield close to the centre of Edinburgh. Nicely decorated, well-equipped and maintained, cosy and spacious, clean and bright. In a quiet street but very close to all that Bruntsfield has to offer - cafes, restaurants, interesting shops. A 20 minute walk to central Edinburgh. Close to the Meadows and Bruntsfield Links for green spaces. Tesco Express and Sainsburys Local a short walk away with M&S and Waitrose a bit further down the road in Morningside. Check-in and check-out was trouble free. Hard to think of any downsides to staying here. It's a third floor Victorian flat with no escalator, so bear that in mind. And parking nearby is a bit of an issue as the street is mostly permit holders only. However we found a spot nearby on Chamberlain Road which had meter parking 0830 to 1730 Monday to Friday. Easy enough to pay for it online. All in all this is a real gem if you want to experience Edinburgh to the full.
