Property is an old house with single glazed windows, which made the room to the front very noisy as the house is on a very busy road. Otherwise, the property is ok. There is no breakfast. They recommend a Cafe around the corner which is nice, with great staff, but it is a little greasy.

We had a lovely stay here! The owner is very kind & let us keep our rental car parked on the property after we checked out so we did not have to find street parking. It’s easy to walk to the city and very clean and cozy! Would stay here again.

Our host was nice and recommended a good pub (The Old Bell) down the road to eat. The room itself was older but clean, enough space, and a good bathroom. The beds are not the most comfortable but they worked fine for the two nights we stayed there. There is a bus stop just down the road for easy transit. It is also only a 20 minute walk into the heart of Edinburgh. A lovely accommodation for the price and location.
