Room is great. But the floor is not very sound proof. I can hear foot steps, chairs moving from person above me all night till 1.30am. I requested high floor to avoid this problem. But still end up with this major issue that causes lack of sleep

The position of the hotel was amazing, close to all amenities. The staff were great, nothing was a problem. The room was warm and comfortable especially the bed. Also spotlessly clean. It had a kitchen which was very useful. Very handy for car parks and train station

I highly recommended this place to people who wants a night-in in Edinburgh. The place is clean, and the room we got was huge and very lovely. You can order any takeaway at Bonnie & Wild if you want to just chill in your room. All in all, it was an amazing experience! We shall be back for my birthday next year!

It was my first time in Edinburgh we stayed for two nights and I absolutely loved it there. The hotel was nice and clean friendly staff and it was in a perfect location close to everything. The weather was good not too cold and it wasn’t raining.

Great location. You wouldn't even know it's in the top floor of a mall. Hotel has a private entrance to the street once you check in which was very convenient. Staff was very freindly, rooms were clean, and the place was very quiet. Great walking location for anywhere in Edinburgh. We never even need a car. Coffee and croissants in the lobby were perfect for on the go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning an extended stiay in Scotland.

Fun hotel

Room was clean with lots of space and staff was friendly. We loved the coffee/hot cocoa machine-24 hours. It was fun being attached to the beautiful mall. It was walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. My only issues were, I booked a balcony room thinking it would have a great view, but it was looking into the mall and we couldn't even see anything in the mall. Also, I forgot my medication, and they were not very helpful in wanting to ship it to me, even though I was going to pay for it before they shipped it. Needless to say, they didn't ship it. I would recommend this hotel, just don't leave anything behind.

Good location as it is part of a mall. Easily walkable to many areas around it, including new town, old town and dean village. Staff is good and friendly. Area is safe and clean. Rooms are tidy.
