So many things wrong with this hotel. I got a room with 2 beds and only 1 bed had outlets near it. In this day and age, it’s common sense that all beds need an outlet. Further, the hotel staff did not provide new towels daily nor did they clean the trash in the rooms. This is the standard in all hotels! Not cleaning rooms daily is atrocious service. The bath room was also tiny and difficult to move in. Overall, terrible nonexistent service and poor room layout.
I loved the breakfast the variety, quality and service. The facility was well located and well organized and clean. However, the flooring in the room was dusty, they didn’t replenish the toiletries and I had to ask for it. A bit inconvenient for not having iron or a kettle or napkin box or lotion in the room. But staff specifically Denod from Slbani was very friendly and helpful.
Neat little place with good shower and plenty of plug sockets, easy to check in. Hi-tech lighting and switches and aircon worked a treat. Leading the way in affordable accommodation.
The stay was fine, the check in and check out was a bit awkward with the receptionist right behind the self check in/out. The room was fine as well but nothing particular. Breakfast was full and limited seating - not a lot of typical breakfast foods like scrambled, bacon, toasted bread etc.
Very small rooms but reasonably fitted out. No shaver/toothbrush socket in the bathroom.
No shower caps for ladies.
Minor points which are compensated for by good value for money.

I do think you should get tea and coffee in your room though, or at least for free downstairs, not have to pay for it.

We had a three night stay in the point a hotel. We found the hotel very conveniently located the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very modern and spotless clean would highly recommend this hotel
very modern facilities and clean, staff are fantastic (very welcoming, attentive and helpful), only downside to our stay was lack of tea/coffee making facilities within the room and so had to purchase from reception every morning and evening (24hr service).
