Staff were lovely, although we had a few issues with the room. 2 broken plug sockets, one of which had caused an electrical fault and was covered in soot, the other with a broken plug still inside it. The Hot plate would take 90 minutes to cook anything. The shower leaked across the floor and one of the radiators was broken. I was supplied a bread knife for general cooking, which made food preparation difficult.

Loads of space and great location.

Have stayed a couple of times now and have just re-booked. Great location, within a super easy walk to the tram, loads of bus routes etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in is easy, too.

The property has the potential to be a sort after place to stay as the features of the building are fabulous. The beds are very comfortable. A proper refurbishment is needed.
