Hotel was in a superb location - just opposite the train station and so within walking distance of all attractions. Hotel is old, but the bed was comfortable and there was a bath/shower. The breakfast was brilliant and had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at the Old Waverley Hotel was excellent. The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of Edinburgh, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. The views are absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful Edinburgh skyline and historic landmarks. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Old Waverley Hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
