The staff were all pleasant and helpful although not enough staff on the bar in the evening as took ages to get served. Air conditioning/room temperature was so hot. I turned it off as instructed and opened the window but as they dont open far this did very little. It had a real impact on my sleep as did the delivery wagon that rolled up just outside my window at 3am and proceeded to unload pallet after pallet. The matrress was not particularly comfortable either so all in all a verg poor night sleep. The rest of the room was comfortable and nice hot shower. The breakfast was great and food at dinner reasonable. The gym was ok, very small though so woth 4 people in it was full but enough equipment if only one or two people.

Room was good but public areas were noisy. Food menu has improved since last visit but non alcoholic drinks are too limited. Brandy was on the drinks menu but none in stock. Easy walk to airport.

No restaurant - just had to find a seat in the bar , order and collect meal when ready and finding a seat at a table high enough to eat from was not easy. Like school dinners. Room was nice but as far from the lift as you could go

Stayed here overnight before flying from Edinburgh. Very good location for airport. Only issue was the website says there is a 24hr shuttle bus from the property to the airport. Reception said there was no shuttle bus, but local bus servuce outside and they were unsure of times or if this was 24hr.

Dropped my wife and luggage iff whike I returned hire car. When i got back to hotel i was rudely told by a non scottish manageress that if I didnt give them the car rego it would cost me 100 pounds!! No mention on any of their information did it mention that. 2) were ignored by bar staff for over 20 mins while she served others who came in well after us. The only reason we eventually got served was because I raised my voice. Then to told that half the food menu was unavailable!!! 3) Rooms had no phone 4) Had to take a cold shower to cool down in the room (-3c outside) as the air-conditioning only got hotter as i decreased the temperature. 5) Informed if we wanted it cooler we had to open the window!! It was -3c outside and we were at the airport! Who would design a hotel next to an airport that required windows to be open for coolness. The planes came in all night!! Other passengers on our plane had the same issues NEVER EVER STAY HERE!!
