The staff was wonderful. We loved that the check-in desk was also a bar that served food and drinks. The co-working space was spacious, accessible, and pleasant for working. There were no phones in the rooms, so it did require international long distance to reach the front desk (which they wouldn't always answer), but the staff was quite available, kind, and responsive when we saw them in person. Also, although the rooms were compact, they were well decorated and set up well for such a small space.
We strongly recommend an Uber or taxi from and to the airport, instead of walking, despite the close walking distance. There were places where there were no sidewalks (first time rolling our suitcases over grass!), and walking across the street at the turnabouts was treacherous, even in the "crosswalks" (not really marked as crosswalks). Cars and buses don't seem ready to yield to pedestrians on busy streets here, even though there were several of us.
