Great location in the heart of Edinburgh. Room was clean and tidy. The hotel lobby was also clean and calm. Staff at reception were very helpful and professional. They allowed us to leave our luggage after checking out for a few hours whilst we went to see some other sights in Edinburgh. Would happily stay here again.

Convenient place to stay

Nice hotel in a great location on Princes Street, close to all the main sites. Restaurant recently renovated. Clean room, although small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My Stay here was soo great and welcoming from the momment i arrived. The abominations where nice and clean the room was very rumi and very quiet. I was able to relax after a long day of walking up and down the city! I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel had quite a few issues. The toilet seat cover was broken, the toilet paper holder was starting to come off the wall and the towel hanger ln the door was also coming off. The pro for this hotel would have to be the location. It’s at the edge of new town so it was easy to go to both new town and old town.
