Had a fantastic time staying at Market Street Hotel. Located right outside Waverley Station with the Old Town just behind and New Town in front. We had complimentary upgrade on our room too. Room service was excellent and breakfast lovely with choice of cooked and continental style and a glass of champagne offered as part of it. A free minibar which was restocked daily. Staff were all efficient and friendly. A wonderful hotel stay and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel was nice, as was the room and the location. However, there was no hot water in the morning during our stay which is unacceptable for such an expensive hotel. The hotel approved a partial 25% refund for the inconvenience, however as I booked through Expedia/Hotels.com it has proven to be practically impossible to get my refund paid to me peiven
