This was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. The Victorian style, while over the top for day to day living, was perfect for a romantic trip to Scotland. The breakfast was good, and the Inn was in reasonable walking distance to old town sites. There were even several good restaurants and bars on the street. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This Guest House was excellent. Simon was helpful far beyond required. The room had nice and thoughtful touches including washcloths a first so far in 3 weeks of travel. Breakfasts were excellent and best coffee to date. 30 minutes walk from a frenetic Old City center. Bus stop right down the block if you choose not to walk. Very good value and well deserving of high oraise

One of the best bed and breakfasts I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms are super cute and clean and the area is convenient but still quiet, and safe. Simon and his team are also incredible and the breakfast is so good!! I can’t get enough of this place and would definitely come back.

Very clean and comfortable guesthouse with a warm, family-run atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, and Simon, the host, was super friendly and helpful. It’s located just outside the city center, but only an 8-minute bus ride away — quiet and convenient. Highly recommended!
