This hotel is well situated, close to everything but in a quiet spot. The tram from the airport stops nearby, making your arrival and departure easy. We arrived at 9:00am, tired after a long flight, and our room was ready. The room was small but comfortable; the bathroom was well designed with clear shower controls. The breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. Nitpicks: the coffee wasn't the best (from a machine), no tissues in the room, and only 1 USB port. Bring your adaptors... A lovely place altogether, with a very courteous staff.

Love that they include breakfast and AC. Super close to so many great food places and only a short walk to many museums/ art galleries. Very close to old town and royal mile, location wise, it was great.The bed was super comfortable, but room was way smaller than pictures make it apear, i had 2 different rooms and neither came with a balcony, or round table with chairs like in most pictures( might not matter to some but we like to play cards at night before bed), no fan in bathroom, bathroom door isnt a solid door( has huge spaxe around whole door, more like a swing door) so you better make sure who ever you are staying with is comfortable with hearing you poop cause there is no sound proofing in that way. Also thin windows , i could hear every conversation of every single person passing by on the street below, and could hear every noise from the hall.

First room we were given was the size of a college dorm room and very, very plain. Rooms were not at all like advertised photos. The included breakfast was superb! Huge variety and very tasty.
