the staff were lovely. the room was adequate for the price paid. silly things like. marks on the carpet. stained grout. paint on the glass. but it was all clean. bed was comfy. didn't realise I could adjust the temperature, till the morning, but that's on me, would stay again. as so convenient for the the theatre ame

The room smelt unclean when we arrived and was just generally a bit dated. The walls were so thin and could hear EVERYTHING going on in the rooms either side (not great when we had 2 young children in the room). The breakfast wasn't good either.. The staff were polite and location was good but I wouldn't be rushing back .

Toilet area had mildew which a bit of bleach would remove it and my friend suffered from backache every morning because of the bed. Apart from that, it was o.k. Staff were friendly.

In general the stay was okay. One major negative for me was the shower gel in the room, this haf been watered down meaning that it couldn't be used. I had to go in and out of the shower to use the soap from the sink area.
