The room itself was good. However, I couldn’t find a luggage trolley. When I asked the staff where I could get one, they said they didn’t know. The same issue occurred both at check-in and check-out.

Made to feel unwelcome for arriving early until we found out we were members. Parking price extortionate even with the discount. Bed very small was given a disabled room. Very noisy throughout the night due to busses outside window. Bar menu stated order from bar at anytime but this was not the case. Bar ran out of glasses as they couldn’t be bothered collecting empty glasses, they were not busy. Breakfast was awful we were not late and very little left, ended up with just toast. I heard another resident ask if there was any more Croissants simply to be told abruptly “no”. We had stayed here 16 years earlier and to say things have went downhill is an understatement. Would not recommend.

Very easy check in. Clean adequate room. We booked a family room and got a twin with a pull out bed. We only needed a bed after a 27 hour flight from New Zealand so this was ideal 2 minute shuttlevfrom airport. Lovely breakfast.
